These sessions are perfect for those looking for all the benefits of personal training but want to spread the cost or enjoy the moral support that comes with training with friends or family. Working in groups of 2-4 people, we will use the same techniques and equipment that we would in a PT session, but work together in a motivational and (ever so slightly) competitive environment to help each person achieve their very best.
As with personal training, sessions can be 30-60 minutes, and either indoor or outdoor.
