Personal Training

1-2-1 training sessions which help you to work towards your individual goals and targets, whether it is starting your fitness journey from scratch, working on a particular skill or training for a special occasion such as a holiday or wedding.

 

Using a range of equipment and training styles such as HIIT, TRX, endurance and weights, these sessions will help you to shred fat, build lean muscle, lose inches, increase your confidence, and boost your health.

 

Sessions can be either 30 or 60 minutes, can be outdoors to make the most of the fresh air and boost those serotonin levels, or within the comfort of your own home.
