About Me

After working for many years in finance, it was only when I broke/dislocated my shoulder that I realised how out of shape I was. I made the decision to get fit and started training with a PT and inch loss expert. I went from struggling to complete 3 push ups to being the fittest I had ever been. At this point, I chose to study personal training and make it my career as I was inspired by what my trainers had been able to achieve for and with me, and by the amazing people I was training with. Since making that decision I have completed multiple marathons, half marathons, a mile of burpees and numerous obstacle races and endurance events including running over Mount Snowdon.

Having studied fitness, advanced sports nutrition and personal training, I am fully qualified level 3 personal trainer, and I draw on my own experiences in my work. I know how tough the challenge is, how hard you have to dig in and what motivates and pushes each of us to achieve our best, whatever form that may take.

I love working with people to help them realise what they are capable of, pushing them beyond what they thought was possible and seeing real and long-lasting results.

 

Fitness truly can change your life, not just in terms of physical differences but also in the impact it can have on your confidence, your mental health and your overall happiness. I am inspired and motivated every day by the people I train, witnessing them improve, get stronger both physically and mentally and seeing the huge satisfaction and gains they get from embracing fitness as part of their everyday lives.

 

I offer a number of services and can work with you indoors, outdoors, in your home or at your place of work.

 

I believe in hard work, dedication and commitment but I also think it’s vital that you enjoy your sessions, and I will motivate you to work harder and get better results every time. I'll help you set targets you may not have thought you could ever achieve, and I'll be with you every step of the way as you reach those goals.
