Run Coaching

A keen and highly experienced runner myself, I offer specific personal training for a range of running goals, whether that’s introducing you to the sport for the first time, helping you complete your next event or race with confidence or beat your Personal Best. I will advise and work with you on everything from technique to mental endurance, helping you to build up the mileage and speed, develop training programmes.

 

From 10Ks to half and full marathons, to obstacle races and endurance events, I will support you every step of the way and ensure you get over that finish line.
